Futurebuild 2019

Once again, the Passivhaus Trust will be taking part, alongside member organisations, at the sustainable design and construction trade show at ExCeL, London in March 2019.

Focus on the Future

Those of you that have attended or heard of the event before will notice that Ecobuild has been renamed Futurebuild.

With the global focus on creating a sustainable future, it is our industry's responsibility to influence the resilience, sustainability and quality of homes, buildings and elements of infrastructure and cities - as clearly stated in the context of the UN Sustainable Development Goals: it is now time to think the unthinkable to make change happen.

Ecobuild Conference at Futurebuild

The ecobuild conference at Futurebuild 2019 will provide a platform for industry experts to share insights and learning, aiming to equip architects, designers, consultants, constructors, and public and private sector clients with the knowledge and tools tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges. The sessions will be collaborative in order to faciliate the development of action plans for change, for a more sustainable future for our buildings, communities and industry.

Alongside the conference, there will be the Futurebuild Hubs, offering ideas, innovation and knowledge in seminars and exhibits on key themes.

You will find the Passivhaus Trust in the Buildings Hub, where the seminar programme will focus on the latest thinking and initiatives in building quality and performance and occupier comfort. It will explore new tools, technologies and delivery approaches to improve both new and existing buildings.
