Join us for next Passivhaus Client Club with detailed insights drawn from real-world experience. We’ll explore guidance on developing a strong project business case drawing on the many Passivhaus benefits that help win approval, such as energy savings and resident wellbeing. We'll also introduce new research focusing on a maturity model for implementing the Passivhaus standard.
The session will also lift the lid on true project costs, whether there was any capital uplift and how approval was ultimately secured. We’ll dive into some of the key blockers that can delay a project start, how these challenges were overcome and explore the vital relationship between cost and design in making Passivhaus not just possible, but practical when delivering social housing.
