Delivered by Passivhaus Trust Patron Coaction Training CIC, this short strategic course is designed for client teams, project managers and cost consultants, focusing on the early decisions, leadership and team alignment required to successfully deliver high-performance, low-carbon buildings.
Drawing on insights from projects across the UK, the course explores how to structure the first stages of a project to reduce risk, control costs and achieve better outcomes through clear ambition, informed leadership and the right team.
While not aligned to a single energy standard, the course provides practical foundations for those aiming to deliver better buildings, including Passivhaus and other high-performance approaches.
