The majority of our projects are in social housing and we work with a number of organisations throughout the South West in this regard. We are currently engaged in a small Passivhaus scheme with one of our Clients and we are trying to encourage other providers to adopt the criteria to achieve environmental and economic benefits for their tenants. Our Partners have been engaged in the development of a Passivhaus swimming pool in the United Kingdom, which is a new if not unique concept.

She has long had an interest in sustainable design and with the qualification hopes to work on more sustainable projects. A Los Angeles native, Bryan Oknyansky is an architect who moved to London in 2009 to study at the Architectural Association, and has since embarked on a career path embracing architecture, design and technology. I have been a member of the AECB for a number of years and was one of the second group to undertake the AECB CarbonLite Retrofit course in the UK. Currently we are renovating a 15th Century mud hut (Cob/adobe & rubble stone) with later additions to Passivhaus standards, while adding an 80m² single storey extension. We also received planning for a second project for a new build house designed to Passivhaus standards by Gale & Snowden in Exeter using ICF as the build method.
