LETI are looking for an exceptional Events & Marketing Coordinator specialising in sustainable zero carbon buildings to join their team! The role includes organising & marketing enticing events, delivering key messages & the latest exemplary projects across a variety of platforms.
Who LETI are looking for
LETI are looking for a team-player with initiative. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic person who has an interest in communication with a good understanding of zero carbon buildings. Experience of working in small teams would be beneficial. As a minimum they require qualifications of a relevant degree, and 1-2 years relevant work experience.
The role will be based with LETI on a part time basis, however there is the opportunity to also work with the Passivhaus Trust and Sustainable Development Foundation Alliance (SDF), to make this a full-time role under the same contract.
The role includes

Organise & host internal events including publication launches, webinars and steering group meetings. Both online & in-person

Organising events calendar across the year (both internal & external events)

Assist the marketing of events, activities & publications

Creating & editing unique content for external communications on several platforms ranging from website, articles, and press releases

Assist with content management for www.leti.london

Assist in developing social media presence and evolving digital strategy

Assist with analysis of marketing activities, SEO & website analytics.• Assist with creating graphics for events & comms

Handling general enquiries via email.

Contract Details
The job is remote working for the foreseeable future, with weekly team meetings via zoom. Training & support will be provided via various team members for the first month, which will then be reviewed. The role will start as early as possible after February 2022. Salary will be approx. £20-30k FTE depending on experience.
The role will be based with LETI on a part time basis of 1–1.5 days/ week, with the opportunity to also work with the Passivhaus Trust and Sustainable Development Foundation Alliance (SDF), to make this a full-time role under the same contract.
