Membership of the Passivhaus Trust gives you the opportunity to:

Supporter membership
Supporter membership is available at an annual rate of £50 + VAT for those who are not involved in the construction industry, but who are keen to support the Passivhaus movement in the UK, such as clients, campaigners and self-builders.
Benefits include:
- Discounts on selected Passivhaus Trust training courses and events
- Access to Passivhaus Trust research and other outputs
Practitioners working within the industry are not eligible. All applications are subject to approval, and cannot be submitted online. To apply, please sign up below and choose Supporter membership.

**Membership offers for NEW CEPH Passivhaus designers & consultants
Have you recently qualified as a Passivhaus Designer/Consultant? Congratulations! To help you become more integrated into the Passivhaus community, take advantage of a discounted PHT Standard membership [for the first year only] available to any individual or company with recently qualified individuals.
Eligibility:

The discount is available when applying for PHT membership within 14 days after obtaining the Passivhaus Designer Certificate from an approved PHT member training provider: Coaction, MosArt and Zero Energy.

The discount can only be used once and only for the first year.

The discount is for new standard members (Individual to up to £10m turnover)

This offer cannot be used with any other discounts.
The Passivhaus Trust reserve the right to reject membership applications if the above criteria are not met.

Email your certificate to membership@passivhaustrust.org.uk using the email address you signed up with.

Include your certification details in the "Discount information" field: certification name, date certified, training provider, name of trainer and their contact details, and confirmation that you've emailed us your certificate.
PATRON MEMBERSHIP
Patron membership is available to organisations actively representing, promoting and preserving the Passivhaus standard. Patron membership is subject to approval based on the following criteria.
- Should have been standard members for at least 6 consecutive months prior application.
- Should be fully acquainted with the definition and requirements of Passivhaus certification as defined by the Passivhaus Institute, Darmstadt
- Should agree to support the work of PHT in protecting the integrity of the standard by promoting certification and upholding the reputation of the Passivhaus standard and methodology (See: What it means to claim Passivhaus standard in the UK)
- Should have at least one certified Passivhaus project/product or have their service/products used in at least one certified project (this can be anywhere, i.e. not restricted to the UK)
- Should be willing to assist with lobbying to introduce the Passivhaus standard into the mainstream building industry
- Should not have any ongoing complaints that would bring the Trust into disrepute by association
- Should not be part of an external investigation (criminal or other) which may jeopardize the Trust’s reputation.
