Interested in shaping the future of retrofit?

The Trust, in collaboration with Leeds Beckett University, is involved with a Government-sponsored research project that examines the effectiveness of various approaches to retrofit. The results on risk and performance will guide future retrofit policy.

 

We are looking for a case study to measure the effects of retrofit before and after. If you are involved in or are aware of an EnerPHit, or low energy retrofit, that is taking place in the next few months and would like to be involved, then please get in touch. Ideally, we seek a home which will be occupied for some of the 2020/21 winter months, so that we may assess how the original building performs.
