Passivhaus Open Days keep their cool
Taking place during an intense June heatwave, with temperatures soaring above 30°C across much of the UK, the Passivhaus Open Days 2025 provided the perfect opportunity to experience the tangible benefits of Passivhaus living during hot weather.

Lexden Gardens - Ealing Council largescale Passivhaus
An 8 storey 71-home project targeting Passivhaus certification is currently underway for the London Borough of Ealing. Members of the Passivhaus Trust team had the chance to visit Block B of the Lexden Road project whilst under construction. Block B is part of a larger 188 home development, comprising 3 blocks, delivering a mix of social housing and affordable homes.

Local networking kicks off in Wales
This month, the Passivhaus Trust (with the AECB) launched a new local group for South and West Wales at the Cardiff Metropolitan University.
