Giant step for London EnerPHit tower block
Newham Council's James Riley Point retrofit is set to be London's largest EnerPHit project to date. The project, that has just started on site, involves the refurbishment of a 1960s tower block on the Carpenters Estate to the EnerPHit standard to create 136 apartments.

Large-scale Passive House Institute LEB project for Belfast housebuilder
A pioneering housing development in Belfast, Northern Ireland targeting the Passive House Institute Low Energy Building (PHI LEB) standard is nearing 50% completion. Once completed, the Lancaster Park 219-home development by Fraser Millar will be the largest privately-funded residential scheme certified to the PHI LEB standards in the UK and Ireland.

Passivhaus Premium 'Campuses of the future'
Northern Ireland's Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) is proposing to rebuild two of its campuses to the Passivhaus Premium standard. Following in the footsteps of nearby Enniskillen's South West College's Erne Campus project, all the buildings on the new College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprises (CAFRE) Greenmount and Loughry campuses will target Passivhaus Premium

Passivhaus swimming pool & leisure centre first for Northern Ireland
Fermanagh & Omagh District Council's new Leisure & Wellness Centre in Enniskillen is targeting the Passivhaus.standard. Once completed and certified, it will be Northern Ireland's first Passivhaus-certified leisure centre and swimming pool, as well as being the first on the island of Ireland.
