St Loyes Extra Care Scheme for Exeter City Council, has recently been granted planning permission. The housing for the over 60's is aiming for Passivhaus.

Bristol convinced by benefits of building to Passivhaus
Bristol City Council are building a number of new Passivhaus homes on brownfield sites throughout the city. The aim is to reduce bills for future tenants by using a "fabric first" approach with excellent thermal insulation.
