PHT welcomes our NEW Co-Directors!

Please join us in welcoming the newest members of the Passivhaus Trust delivery team!

Ann-Marie Fallon, joins us as our new Co-Director to support the crucial role of the Trust’s ambitious goal to accelerate the adoption of Passivhaus in the UK.

Ann-Marie Fallon | Passivhaus Trust Co-Director

I am excited to take up this critical role at the Passivhaus Trust. It is at a seminal moment globally, but also for the Trust in terms of leadership evolution and vision. The targets of 10% for all new buildings including retrofit to be Passivhaus and for 50% of industry practitioners to be trained up really excite me: it’s a step change in ambition for the Trust. It will be exciting to make the next leap in legitimacy, relevance and scale: a new era. Let’s get on with it!

Ann-Marie Fallon, Passivhaus Trust Co-Director

As a Director at PHT Patron Architype, Ann-Marie is one of the UK’s leading experts on Passivhaus design and has shared her experience at UK and international Passivhaus Trust conferences. Ann-Marie has successfully delivered the award-winning and UK’s largest Passivhaus residential scheme, Agar Grove and is overseeing the delivery several primary and secondary schools within Scotland. She was involved in quality and technical design reviews for the UK’s largest Passivhaus secondary school, Harris Academy Sutton, the UK’s first Passivhaus Plus school, Hackbridge Primary and the UK’s first Passivhaus Plus office, Bicester Eco Business Centre.
