How can we rapidly upskill the construction industry to deliver retrofit? This precursor course founded on the Passivhaus pillars, supports the need for growth in the retrofit supply chain. We hope it acts as a catalyst to enable Passivhaus-ready mass-market mobilisation.
The Enhanced Retrofit Fabric Improvement Training (ERFIT) Programme aims to deliver trained practitioners with the technical knowledge and expert skills to install, advise and troubleshoot existing and new retrofit projects.
Who should attend?
This course is geared at professionals within the sector and learners looking to progress in their careers. Gain a greater technical understanding of insulation & fabric upgrades. Learn how they relate to and perform with other energy efficiency measures and renewable energy technologies.
Learn from experts in a broadchurch of disciplines including, but not exclusively limited to, insulation installers, retrofit assessors, retrofit coordinators, refurbishment site managers, project managers, related building professionals and SME jobbing builders.

The programme is comprised of two separate on-line training days and a third in-person practical and assessment day (held at several locations in England).
