Hastings Passivhaus plot with planning permission

An opportunity to purchase a plot with planning permission for a seaside Passivhaus selfbuild is now available.

Plans and drawings of the 4-bed property in the seaside town of Hastings in East Sussex have been produced by the architect-led developer, including PHPP files.

Full planning permission for a new build dwelling, designed to achieve the Passivhaus Classic standard, has been granted.  An independent pre-planning review has confirmed this. All pre-commencement conditions have been discharged, allowing works to start on site.
