Joint Mission
To promote each other's mission to make Passivhaus affordable and sustainable enough for mass adoption. By bringing together the whole community, from academics to designers and contractors, all under one roof there is an aim to create a space to drive innovation and change together in a collaborative environment.

Housed within the iconic Masson Mills in Matlock, our showroom spans three stunning floors of one of Britain’s most historic industrial buildings. Powered by hydroelectricity and steeped in heritage, Home by Milestone brings together the UK’s leading brands in renewable energy, low-carbon construction, and smart home technology all under one roof.
Visitors can explore interactive exhibits, attend hands-on training sessions, and connect with innovators shaping the future of eco-conscious building. From Passivhaus principles to next-gen energy systems, Home By Milestone partners showcase practical solutions for building better, greener homes.
