WARM who have now certified 21 Passivhaus schemes like to see the designer’s PHPP as early as possible to be able to perform an initial check. This can at times be a painful experience as PHPP offers so many ways to make a mistake, and is rarely forgiving when you do. Hence they have compiled a list of top 10 most common (and significant) PHPP mistakes that they have come across.
