UK Passivhaus Awards 2013- Judges revealed
The Passivhaus Trust can now reveal the judges for this year's UK Passivhaus Awards, who have been selected on the basis of their knowledge and expertise of Passivhaus design and construction. They are:
Nick Grant, Technical Director, Passivhaus Trust
Jon Bootland, Chief Executive, Passivhaus Trust
Hattie Hartman, Sustainability Editor, The Architects' Journal
Lynne Sullivan OBE, Co-founding Partner, Sustainable by Design
The UK Passivhaus Awards have been launched by the Trust to celebrate the achievements of the Passivhaus pioneers in the UK. The objective of the awards is to promote the Passivhaus Standard in the UK and to highlight that Passivhaus can apply to any building type of any function and size and that Passivhaus design can create beautiful buildings. The winners will be announced on 4 July at the Awards ceremony to be held at the Austrian Ambassador’s residence in London.
Teams/ Individuals who have completed a Certified Passivhaus project are invited to submit their project for the awards. Further information on the Awards, entry criteria and key submission dates can be found here.
The Awards are sponsored by Ecology Building Society, Kingspan and Munster Joinery.
Closing date for entry submissions is 15 May 2013.
