Hastoe Housing Association featured in the Guardian

Trust Patron member Hastoe Housing Association recently featured in the Guardian for 'laying the blueprint for sustainable communities' by blazing a trail in the design and building of affordable, sustainable housing with its new Passivhaus homes in Ditchingham, Norfolk.

The 14 new certified Passivhaus homes are set to cut fuel bills and carbon emissions by 90%, compared to the average UK home. This will result in big savings for residents and will help reduce the community's environmental impact. 

The Ditchingham scheme is also featured in Inside Housing magazine's 'Top 50 UK affordable housing developments'.
