Call for Passivhaus Papers for the 2014 Spanish Passivhaus Conference.
For the sixth consecutive year, the Spanish Passivhaus Conference will take place 20th & 21st November, 2014 in Madrid.
The 6CEPH is organized in three different subjects, targeted to the different factors that make the passive construction possible, emphasizing energy renovation, adaptation to the Mediterranean climate, and market viability:
1) Technical issue: Discovering the Passivhaus & EnerPHit standards with focus on the adaptation to hot summer climates, demonstrating theory and praxis.
2) Market issue: Define economic and financial aspects of Passivhaus buildings. Demonstrate how a nearly zero energy building (nZEB) may already be built with full warranty for developers and customers.
3) Informative issue: Aiming to reach a wider audience, explaining the Passivhaus Standard and what it’s like occupying a Passivhaus building; identifying ”key” points to comply with the Standard in a new construction or refurbishment.
