Judges for the UK Passivhaus Awards 2012 revealed
The Passivhaus Trust can now reveal the judges for this year's UK Passivhaus Awards. They are:
Wolfgang Feist, Founder, Passivhaus Institut
Nick Grant, Technical Director, Passivhaus Trust
Hattie Hartman, Sustainability Editor, The Architects' Journal
Sofie Pelsmakers, Co-founder, Architecture for Change
The UK Passivhaus Awards have been launched by the Trust to celebrate the achievements of the Passivhaus Pioneers in the UK. The objective of the awards is to promote the Passivhaus Standard in the UK and to highlight that Passivhaus can apply to any building type of any function and size and that Passivhaus design can create beautiful buildings. The judges have been selected on the basis of their knowledge and expertise of Passivhaus design and construction.
The overall winner of the awards will be announced at the next UK Passivhaus conference on 7th November 2012. Further information on the Awards, entry criteria and key submission dates can be found here.
