We are looking for an exceptional Events & Marketing Coordinator/ Manager specialising in sustainable zero carbon buildings to join our team! The role includes organising & marketing enticing events, delivering key messages & the latest exemplary projects across a variety of platforms.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a team-player with initiative. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic person who has an interest in communication with a good understanding of zero carbon buildings. Experience of working in small teams would be beneficial. As a minimum we require qualifications of a relevant degree, and 1-2 years relevant work experience. The role includes

Organise & assist the marketing of an active & varied events programme including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Both online & in-person.
Creating & editing unique content for external communications on several platforms ranging from website articles, press releases, editorial, and newsletters.
Assist with content management for several websites including: www.passivhaustrust.org.uk, www.ukphc.org.uk, www.LETI.london, and www.sdfoundation.org.uk
Assist with social media presence and evolving digital strategy.
Assisting the promotion of the campaigns, reports, events & training.
Assist with analysis of marketing activities, SEO & website analytics.
Assist with creating graphics in Photoshop and InDesign.

Contract Details

The job is remote working for the foreseeable future, with weekly team meetings via zoom, and occasional in-person events. Training & support will be provided via various team members for the first month, which will then be reviewed. The role will start as early as possible after April 2022. Salary will be approx. £20-30k FTE depending on experience.

The role will be predominantly based with the Passivhaus Trust on a part time basis, however there is the opportunity to also work with the Sustainable Development Foundation Alliance and LETI, a network of built environment professionals working towards a zero-carbon built environment, to make this a full-time role under the same contract. The role with LETI will focus primarily on events and also assisting marketing and comms.
