2020 UK Passivhaus Awards are open for entries!
The 2020 UK Passivhaus Awards have returned and are now open for entries! Low on energy use, high on quality, and renowned as the gold standard for indoor comfort & building performance, the Awards will celebrate the best certified Passivhaus schemes from across the UK.
We’re looking for ground-breaking schemes that will prove the Standard can tackle the climate crisis and create healthy environments. We want projects that not only have ambitious architectural ambition, but also impeccable performance credentials to prove it.
Coinciding with the Trust's 10th anniversary, as well as celebrating the latest superlative Passivhaus projects, we shall also be acclaiming what the UK Passivhaus community has achieved over the last decade in which the Trust has been providing leadership.
How to Enter

- Decide which category you are entering
- Complete the A4 Phase 1 submission slides
- Register online
- SUBMIT before 30th April 2020
Benefits of Entering
- The UK Passivhaus Awards are the only dedicated awards for Passivhaus in the UK.
- All shortlisted projects in the awards will be promoted as exceptional examples of their sector through all the Passivhaus Trust marketing channels and the media.
- The shortlisted projects will be featured prominently on the Passivhaus Trust website, which attracts 20,000-page impressions per month.
- All shortlisted projects will be featured in a special edition of the Passivhaus Trust newsletter which reaches over 3000 developers, housing associations, architects, engineering consultants and other organizations in 15 countries.
- All finalists will present their project at the Awards Ceremony. Exact venue/date TBC
- UK Passivhaus Award winners will feature in a pop-up exhibition at the 2020 Conference.
