Join us for the final session of the 2025 Masterclass Series as we explore the EnerPHit retrofit of the Firoz Lalji Global Hub (FLGH) at the London School of Economics. Project managers from 3PM will introduce the project’s ambitions, procurement strategy, and delivery context. They’ll be joined by the Passivhaus consultants at Max Fordham and the architects from David Chipperfield Architects to explore the design and detailing approaches behind this ambitious non-domestic retrofit.
We'll examine how insights from earlier projects shaped the FLGH retrofit, contributing to its quality and performance. This case study offers a unique opportunity to learn about the challenges and strategies involved in achieving EnerPHit in a dense, urban environment, presenting valuable insights into high-performance retrofit design in education and beyond. Don’t miss this deep dive into one of the UK’s most innovative retrofit projects.
